Education Sales Executive

Overall Responsibility:

- The Education Sales Executive is responsible for creating, developing, and growing new relationships with online and offline higher education providers.

- Responsible for actively searching for new schools and negotiating payouts and terms.

- Must have strong connections within the online marketing and for profit higher education industry.

- Additionally, the Education Sales Executive is responsible for leveraging personal relationships to seek out decision makers, C-level Executives, and Directors of Marketing and Admissions to promote and sell AdMax Media services.

- Work with the account manager during initial client launch to ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation.

- Responsible for meeting goals for new client and revenue growth generated from education vertical.

- Required to maintain reporting, sales pipeline process, and forecast reports and requirements.

- Help execute the sales process for the education vertical, including: prospecting, discovery, negotiations, and closing.

Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing or consulting to the for-profit education market.

- Demonstrated strength in building and maintaining client relationships, including client trust and satisfaction, over an extended period of time.

- Strategic thinker with proven history of growing sales, developing partnerships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving capabilities, and organization skills for optimal execution from pipeline to growth.

- Previous experience with lead generation marketing channels and processes.

- Knowledge of higher education enrollment and admissions operations is essential.

- Ability to develop C-level relationships, industry contacts, and sell from the top.

- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and manage large work flows, within time constraints, is critically essential to this position.
